Yangon Region Investment Monitoring Team conducted a field inspection on the manufacturing of various kinds of signal cable on CMP basis and manufacturing, marketing and selling of various kinds of labels, tags, stickers and color boxes for CMP etnerprises under Yangon Region Investment Committee endorsement at Shwe Pyi Thar Township, in Yangon Region on 30th May, 2023. The team inspected the commencement of commercial operation, operating condition of businesses, fire prevention and fire insurance conditions and coordinated the needs of the factory.

The team inspected the commencement of commercial operation, operating condition of businesses and coordinated the needs of the factory.

The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 6/2023, Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon  Region Government, held at 9 : 00 am on 27th June 2023 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and  was  attended, by Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.

At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had already approved  seven 100% foreign investment businesses with the total capital amount of US$ 7.114 million in the Manufacturing sectors . The endorsed investment projects of manufacturing of garment on CMP basis, manufacturing of   bedding on CMP basis, manufacturing of shoes on CMP basis and manufacturing and selling of construction materials (local sale 80 % and export 20%).

Those approved seven businesses are expected to create 4484 local job opportunities.

Moreover, in this meeting, discussed the about of general issue cases of fourteen companies.

The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 5/2023, Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon  Region Government, held on 26th May 2023 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and  was  attended, by Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee. 

       At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had already approved one Joint Venture investment business in the Manufacturing sector. The endorsed investment project of manufacturing and 100% export of refine metal block.                       

Moreover, in this meeting, discussed the about of general issue cases of sixteen companies.
