The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 2/2024 was held at 8:30 am on 21st February 2024 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and attended by Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government and Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had approved (3) Wholly Myanmar Citizen Owned investment businesses and (1) joint venture business including Hotel Services, manufacturing and selling of construction materials (100% local sales) and milling, processing, exporting and distribution of various kinds of rice (85% Export and 15% local sales).
Those investments are approved with the total capital amount of 9,151.800 MMK Million and USD 0.704 Million and 94 local job opportunities can be created.
Moreover, in this meeting, discussed about the increase in the capital amount and the general issues of the eight companies.
