The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 5/2024 was held at 11:00 am on 27th May 2024 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and attended by Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government and Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had approved (1) wholly Myanmar Owned investment and (3) wholly foreign owned Investment businesses in Hotel Services Sector and Industrial Sector including Manufacturing of Bags on CMP Basis, Manufacturing of Garments on CMP Basis, and Manufacturing of Wedding Dresses on CMP Basis.
Those investments are approved with the total capital amount of 1,555.800 MMK Million and USD 3.739 Million and 2,301 local job opportunities can be created. Moreover, in this meeting, discussed about the general issues of the nine companies.
