Yangon Region Investment Committee Meeting 7/2023

The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 7/2023, Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon Region Government, held at 9 : 00 am on 26th July 2023 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and was attended, by Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.
At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had already approved one Myanmar Citizen investment business with the total capital amount of Kyat 5970.239 million in the Services sector . The endorsed investment project is hotel business.
Those approved one business are expected to create 617 local job opportunities.
Moreover, in this meeting, discussed the about of general issue, including one business that will create 1802 local job opportunities of five companies.

Yangon Region Investment Committee Meeting 6/2023

The Yangon Region Investment Committee meeting 6/2023, Chairman of the Yangon Region Investment Committee U Soe Thein, Chief Minister for the Yangon  Region Government, held at 9 : 00 am on 27th June 2023 at Yangon Region Investment Committee in Yangon Office and  was  attended, by Members of the Yangon Region Investment Committee.

At the meeting, Yangon Region Investment Committee had already approved  seven 100% foreign investment businesses with the total capital amount of US$ 7.114 million in the Manufacturing sectors . The endorsed investment projects of manufacturing of garment on CMP basis, manufacturing of   bedding on CMP basis, manufacturing of shoes on CMP basis and manufacturing and selling of construction materials (local sale 80 % and export 20%).

Those approved seven businesses are expected to create 4484 local job opportunities.

Moreover, in this meeting, discussed the about of general issue cases of fourteen companies.
